Your experience begins with an intimate welcome party at Justins’ House of Bourbon in downtown Lexington. Guests will enjoy a vintage whiskey cocktail amongst one of the world’s most extensive collections of rare and collectible bourbons — an extraordinary setting that immediately immerses you in Kentucky’s rich whiskey heritage.

Keeneland Elegance
The day unfolds at the storied grounds of Keeneland Race Course, where tradition and refinement converge.
You’ll be welcomed with a Snake River Farms tailgate experience curated by acclaimed BBQ authority and storyteller Robert Jacob Lerma, alongside Pinhook Bourbon founder Sean Josephs. Expect a seamless blend of Southern hospitality and culinary craft.
From there, settle into premium box seating for an afternoon of world-class racing. Guests will also enjoy exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to the paddock for a featured race — an insider’s vantage point into the rituals of the sport of kings.
Between races, indulge in Keeneland’s iconic fare, from the legendary Keeneland Breeze cocktail, to traditional burgoo and bourbon bread pudding, each offering a taste of regional heritage.

Eat & Drink like Bourbon Royalty
Your day begins at the historic Castle & Key Distillery, a beautifully restored landmark where heritage and innovation meet. Guests will enjoy a private tour of the grounds, culminating in an insider’s look at the craft of blending — led by Sean Josephs, offering a rare perspective into the role of a modern Master Blender.
Our lunch will consist of a Snake River Farms steak and whiskey pairing, matching Castle & Key and Pinhook bourbons and ryes with famous cuts from the iconic ranch including their famed American Waygu.
The day will conclude back at Justin’s House of Bourbon with a private, expertly guided bourbon and charcuterie experience, including Old Taylor from 1980s and the newest Buffalo Trace Antique Collection E.H. Taylor among others. Guests will explore an extraordinary range of pours — from contemporary standouts to rare, decades-old expressions. Each selection will be contextualized by resident whiskey historian Caroline Paulus, offering depth, narrative, and nuance to every glass.
